Kyle Hughes, a senior at Fresno Bullard High in California, won the gold sections of the boys 110-meter hurdles in a wind-legal 14.77 seconds and long jump with a wind-aided 23-5 (7.13m) performance at the West Coast Relays at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, Calif.
