Sadie Engelhardt, a sophomore at Ventura High in California, won the gold section of the girls 800 meters in a national-leading 2:06.71 at the West Coast Relays at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, Calif. Engelhardt is the national leader in the 800, 1,600, mile and 3,200 already this season.
