Bella Turner, a junior at Bakersfield Liberty High in California, won the gold section of the girls 300-meter hurdles in a personal-best 44.47 seconds at the West Coast Relays at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, Calif. Turner also took second in the gold section of the 100-meter hurdles in 15.07 seconds and anchored Liberty to a fourth-place effort in the gold section of the 4x400-meter relay in 4:02.81.
