Keynan Higgins, a senior at Pittsburg High in California, won the gold section of the 200 meters in a wind-legal 21.08 seconds at the West Coast Relays at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, Calif. Higgins also won the silver section of the 100-meter dash in a wind-legal 10.71 seconds.
