In a showdown of Buchanan High lineups, the Bears' quartet of Grace Hutchison, Avery Hutchison, Elle Lomeli and Caroline Mendyk edged teammates Kynzlee Buckley, Tayler Torosian, Sydney Sundgren and Sierra Cornett by a 9:27.28 to 9:28.71 in the gold section of the inaugural girls 4x800-meter relay at the West Coast Relays at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, Calif.
