Takiya Cenci, a senior at Clovis North High in California, improved on her national-leading time in the 400 meters, winning the girls gold section in a lifetime-best 53.17 seconds at the West Coast Relays at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, Calif. Cenci also added a wind-legal best 24.10 seconds in the girls gold 200 section, along with contributing to a third-place finish in the gold section of the 4x100-meter relay in 48.15.
