Kaitlyn Williams, Simone Terry, Sahara Wray and Reign Redmond led Carson High of California to victory in the girls gold section of the 4x100-meter relay in 47.43 seconds at the West Coast Relays at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium.
